Listing setup
Optimising listings is what I do day to day for my coaching clients and one of my specialisms. Yours will sell itself!
Setting prices and availability
Dynamic pricing to attract bookings, making use of all the tools Air provides to optimise our offer and maximise profits too.
Booking request management
You won’t worry about a think; I will undertake all guest admin.
Guest messaging
I will reply often within moments, and at night time it’ll be no more than 8 hours. I love interacting with guests.
Cleaning and maintenance
I work closely with cleaning teams across Dorset and am proud to call them colleagues - they are worth their weight in gold!
Listing photography
I can recommend photographers and make arrangements if we think your photos need an update.
Interior design and styling
I can work alongside the photographer to stage scenes. For an hourly rate, I can also update interiors to prepare for guests.
Additional services
With me as your cohost, everything is taken care of: you just pay monthly invoices. I will treat it as my own.
