Listing setup
Photograph, Floor Plan & Bespoke write the listing (No Chat GTP). Make all necessary tweaks to get it maximum visibility.
Setting prices and availability
We price fairly to get solid occupancy & similar quality of guest thus ensuring value score remains high & comparable.
Booking request management
No instant booking. All guests are thoroughly assessed based on profile, location, reviews & their initial communication.
Guest messaging
All messaging is done by myself. There are no others involved in the communication with guests.
Onsite guest support
As required by guests during their stay, Subject to time of day.
Cleaning and maintenance
Fully employed maintenance & cleaning team means nothing is impossible to sort!
Listing photography
Provided as part of package - I have one photographer who does all my profiles and floor plans so it looks consistent.
Interior design and styling
As required - my wife is an interior designer and I have a very good eye for design & knowing what works.
Licensing and hosting permits
All regulations are managed according to owners setup.
