Small studio refurbished at the end of my house. So everything is new, the bed is extremely comfy. The entrance is independent, and there is space to park your car right next door. Quiet location, with beautiful views of the Charollaise countryside. The kitchen and the bed are in the same room, the bathroom and the toilet are separate, with a separate door. Oven and fridge are installed, as well as everything you need to cook, pots, induction hob, sink, dishes, etc...

A modern living area showcases a comfortable dark sofa adorned with light pillows, accompanied by a glass coffee table. A stylish armchair sits nearby, and a spiral staircase leads to the upper level. The area is brightened by natural light from a window.
