Bulligny, a village located on the Côtes de Toul tourist route, is 35 kilometers from the famous Place Stanislas de Nancy, the favorite monument of the French in 2021, and only 13 kilometers from the magnificent Cathedral of Toul, which celebrated its 800th anniversary. The exit of the A31 motorway direction South-Nord is 6 kilometers away (Colombey, exit N°11) North-South direction, it's in Toul exit N°12

On the ground floor there is an equipped kitchen open to the living room as well as a wooden terrace with garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue. This small house located 15 minutes from Epinal and 20 minutes from the spa towns (Vittel, Contrex) has a terrace (south facing), a fitted kitchen, and a large private parking lot. Upstairs, you will enjoy a spacious bedroom with wardrobe, desk and walk-in shower.

This step-free home has been recently renovated offering a welcoming space with large rooms. As this is my primary residence, I will slip away for the duration of your stay so you can fully enjoy the house.
