Newly refurbished, perfect for biking, walking, lounging by the pool, and exploring the numerous attractions nearby: Cannes, Antibes, St Tropez, the Gorges du Verdon and more. Bike to the Med for a swim, or head inland to the mountains. Or stay put. Claviers square is five minutes on foot, has a great restaurant, two bars, a boulangerie and a shop. There's a new pool for cooling off, too.

Located between sea and forest, with a magnificent view! The villa is located in Bagnols en Forêt, a quiet village perched in the mountains of Estérel 18 km from the coast (Fréjus / Saint-Raphaël). The house of 264m2, facing south, has a large living room (living room, dining room, kitchen, mezzanine), a beautiful terrace, a pool, 3 bedrooms (2 beds) of more than 25m2 and a fourth small room (2 beds) of 11m2. Spacious and quiet villa near the beaches . The villa has 4 bedrooms all with AC, two living rooms and several terraces. Large swimming pool of 10 x 4 m which is heated from mid March to end of October. Can be heated on request outside those dates. Beautiful garden of 1200 sq meter. The house is minutes away from the beach and shops. Ideal for a holiday the villa also has ping pong table, barbecue and petanque .
