Perched at 1400m and facing south, it features a large, very flowery garden and a breathtaking view of the valley, Canigou, and the Carança massifs. Ideal for disconnecting! Wildlife is omnipresent and easy to observe. Numerous hiking or mountain biking trails start directly from the house. Our hamlet enjoys a Mediterranean climate and is located 40 minutes from the ski slopes and one hour from the sea.

This 2 bedroom ancient stone house is the perfect mountain retreat for walkers, skiers, cyclists, cavers and explorers. There are fabulous walks all around, a traditional boulangerie and lots of restaurants and bars all within a few paces of the house. Recently modernised but retaining its traditional features, the house is extremely comfortable, the perfect spot to enjoy a peaceful breakfast or "apero" on the balcony.

A charming white cottage features a terracotta roof and large glass doors, opening to a scenic outdoor area. Flanking the entrance are potted plants and a small table with chairs, while reclining chairs are positioned nearby, providing a tranquil view of the surrounding hills.
