Guardia Perticara is a lovely village in the Lucanian hinterland. The house is the highest in the village: from the balconies you can enjoy the wonderful landscape, harsh and sweet, which characterizes the Val d'Agri. The accommodation is a 50 m2 house, on two floors with a separate entrance accessed via a stone staircase. This historical house has stunning vaulted sandstone ceilings and rooms decorated in Scandic-Italian style. A spacious bedroom, en-suite bathroom and a small lounge area with private entrance from the street. A fantastic location but not for the faint hearted, lots of steps, but it's worth it. Bring your sneakers !
