A beautiful Mediterranean-style villa 300 meters from the beach (Magaggiari), surrounded by greenery with a huge garden and private tennis court:) Life here is wonderful, wake up in the morning breakfast and then go straight to the sea on the beach, where you will find a beach with an equipped area. For lunch you go home or you can choose to come back for a nap, maybe going back to the beach at sunset... From the balconies and from a small terrace you can also see the sea :)

It is accessed by walking for about 30 meters, a private condominium road uphill. The villa is located on the Addaura seafront, the northern coast of Sicily a few km from the center of Palermo and the beaches of Mondello and Vergine Maria. The sea can be reached via an access point located 70 meters from the Villa across the road.
