Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Easy access and lots of hiking possible from the house. Friendly welcome but not intrusive. Small peaceful haven for a stopover or a short stay. House located next to a church that rings the hours.

Romantic cottage very close to Guédelon

Located in the immediate vicinity of the medieval site of Guédelon (30 minutes on foot by a nice path crossing the forest/ 5 minutes by car), the former farm of Martins is nestled in the heart of nature in the heart of Puisaye, country of water, greenery and forest. It is a typical poyaudine construction all in purple sandstone and ochre plaster. In one of the buildings, a cottage welcomes lovers of calm and unspoilt nature. Family welcome. Ping pong. We rent our beautiful country house, located 10 minutes from Saint Amand en Puisaye, in the Nièvre. change of scenery guaranteed! Supermarket 10 min drive, bakery and excellent butcher/caterer in the village 2 min drive (or walk along pretty paths in 30 min) Lots of activities and places to discover in the area!
