A private and independent mini apartment on the second floor (access by stairs) fully furnished, consisting of three rooms: Bedroom with queen size bed, large closet and desk, fiber optic WiFi, 50” Smart TV with Netflix, overlooking the pool, garden and park. Kitchen/dining room, 1 sofa bed and a full private bathroom next door. The neighborhood is very quiet and safe. Private surveillance. The house is exclusively for guests.
