Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Cuenta con tres habitaciones, dos baños completos y está totalmente equipado para garantizar una cómoda estancia . Ideal para estudiantes, trabajadores o para incluso, familias, invitados todos a disfrutar de la barbacoa en el patio trasero. Perfecto para largas o cortas estancias en un entorno bien ubicado, con el tranvía a mano, que te acerca a las universidades, a Terra Natura o al centro de Murcia.

In the heart of Calblanque Natural Park, between Cabo de Palos and La Manga Club. Ibiza-style house with a shared pool (not heated). In an old finca surrounded by nature, 2.5 km from the beaches of Calblanque. Away from mass tourism - Adults only - no pets. The house has a high level of insulation, providing plenty of warmth in winter and coolness in summer. The property enjoys an ideal location, easy access, private parking, and close to all amenities.

Luxurious chalet with pool (with sliding deck) and barbecue, just ten minutes from the center of Murcia (the tram stop is two hundred meters from the house). Enjoy its beautiful garden, sunbeds, mini-golf and French pool table. There is the possibility of renting by hours the tennis and paddle tennis court with an additional cost of €10. Family meals and parties are allowed in the barbecue area but, without loud music or massive crowds (max 15 people).

A spacious living area features high ceilings with exposed beams and a wooden staircase leading to a loft space. A modern wood-burning stove is situated on a patterned tile floor, complemented by natural wood flooring. Light streams in through large windows, enhancing the openness of the room.

Calle Encina, is een inspirerende design loft die zowel als vakantiewoning voor 2 personen, 1 slaapkamer, 1 badkamer, 1 keuken, grote loft die alsook als repetitie- of werkruimte kan gehuurd worden, Huis is een volledig autonoom modern ingericht met eigen terras en privé luxueuze verwarmde jacuzzi ( exterior + extra cost ). Tijdens de koudere dagen kan je genieten van de hout verwarmde kachel die de ruimte goed en knus verwarmd (hout inbegrepen).

A nice house with an interior patio.

A spacious, ground-floor house with good natural light in one of the quietest areas of Molina de Segura and very close to Murcia and the Altorreal golf course. The house is very well connected: close to all kinds of shops (supermarkets, pharmacy, butcher, etc.) and a large green area a 1-minute walk away. Easy parking right at the door. The Smart TV is strategically placed so that it can be seen from the patio as well, simply by turning it.

An inviting outdoor space features a round jacuzzi surrounded by a wooden deck. A cozy seating area with colorful cushions is arranged nearby. Soft lighting enhances the ambiance, while hanging lanterns cast delicate patterns on the walls, creating a warm and relaxing atmosphere.

Nice house next to the orchard

This home breathes peace of mind: Relax with the whole family! The house is located next to the garden where you can walk and ride a bike enjoying the surroundings. At 2 minutes ,the center of Las Torres de Cotillas where you have all the services, 500 mtrs there is a large Supermarket, a restaurant, a cafeteria and even a gas station, so you do not miss anything. The apartment is minutes from Murcia and about 40 minutes from the beaches.
