Come and experience the beauty, simplicity and calm of the Percheron countryside in a carefully decorated house. In a small independent house, on our 2 ha property, you can enjoy our beautiful garden as well as the view of the countryside while being in your little cocoon. We fell in love with Perche and renovated this little piece of heaven: La Grande Maison for us and La Petite Maison for our guests... so that you too can experience the Perche Effect!

Former gatehouse completely renovated, not overlooked and with countryside views. You may have the opportunity to observe deer and other small game. The old railway line is now reserved for hiking or mountain biking. Come and spend a quiet stay with family or friends and enjoy the enclosed garden. Village with shops (bar, restaurant, bakery 1 km away), market on Saturday morning. Supermarket 2 km away.

We welcome you in our two hundred years old farm ! Ideally situated in a charming village of the Loire Valley, you'll enjoy staying at our new rebuilt cosy appartment (living room down stairs and bedrooms/kitchen at the first floor).
