This 30 m² cottage, converted in 2024 under the roof of an outbuilding, is ideally located in the countryside just 3 km from the village of La Roche de Glun and 2 km from the Viarhona. This studio includes a main room with an equipped kitchen, dining area, sofa bed (more suitable for children) and a sleeping area equipped with a 160 x 200 bed. This cottage also includes a bathroom with shower and toilet. Guests will have a space to park the car and a private courtyard.

The sweety house of St Peray

Welcome! 👋 🌸 Sweety stone house on 2 levels; with 1 garden and 2 sunny and equipped terraces. The house is located in the countryside, at the foot of the protected Crussol massif. You will undoubtedly appreciate the hiking/mountain biking trails, climbing site, guided walks departing from the castle... all within walking distance. The house also proves to be a good base for discovering our vineyards (3 AOC St Peray, Cornas, St Joseph) and our culinary specialties!

The interior is a fully refurbished old farmhouse offering impeccable comfort The house is very well insulated with central heating and additional wood heating for living room and living room. In Isère, at the foot of the Écrins National Park, a mountain house, a pottery workshop, a large and beautiful cottage and a nice bed and breakfast. Welcome to the Villa du Lac. Here, rest is assured in the heart of nature. Come and enjoy water activities and nearby hikes (for all levels). Small functional house (80 m2) with terrace (40 m2) and garden. Between the lake and the mountains, the accommodation is located in a quiet condominium, a 10-minute walk to the beach and the port (waterfront restaurants, paddle rental, pedal boats...).
