The house features two bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, and 2 spacious verandas where you can enjoy your meals under the shade or simply relax while overlooking the garden and sea.

This very small room located at the port of Ios, at the side of the building at the first floor, in front of the Yacht docking premises. (side view) Needless to say is very close to everything you need. The supermarket is located just under your feet , The outstanding cafe-ouzo taverna " O Kafenes" is a few feet walk, the bus station,car rental, fishing and diving services, bakery and other cafe and restaurants are 50-60 meters away. The famous blue flag "Yialos" beach is in 400 mtrs.

Sea and sun is a brand new house built on the side of the mountain. Only one kilometer away from the most famous beach on the island Mylopotas beach(car or motor bike required- dirt road).
