My accommodation is located in a country district formed by a group of villas near the center ,the house has an independent entrance in adherence and a few kilometers away you can reach the sea , 4/5 km away there are chieti and the civil hospital, the entrance of the highways and the highway to Pescara are 2/3 km away and from the house you can admire the peaks of the great stone and the maielletta, the place dominates the tranquility and at the same time the proximity to all the necessary services

You can feel at home in my cozy apartment. It is located on the third floor ( no elevator) of a typical 1950s building in the center of Chieti Scalo, a few minutes walk from the central station and in the midst of services and restaurants. It is an ideal area for those who need a strategic location to reach by public or private transportation the major locations in the region or for those who need to conveniently reach SS Annunziata Hospital or D'Annunzio University.

The entrance features large glass panels with the name "CASAPENSIERO" prominently displayed. A spacious outdoor terrace is visible, surrounded by greenery and trees, providing a serene view. Subtle reflections of the surrounding nature can be seen in the glass surface.

Rest, nature and tradition among olive groves and renowned wineries overlooking the mountains of Abruzzo. Straddling the sea and mountains, it's a great starting point for exploring the area. A few kilometers from the main highway connections and the historic center of Nocciano. Possibility of horseback riding and cycling along the Nora river. A visit to the castle of Nocciano and the hamlet of Villa Badessa, a center of Greco-Byzantine culture, is interesting.
