A cooked English Breakfast is included for all guests. The house is in a semi rural location. We are close to both Guildford & Horsham and on the edge of The Surrey Hills. The largest village in England, Cranleigh, is 6 minutes by car and has many restaurants. We have 2 Double Bedrooms and a 3rd Bedroom with 3 Single Beds. Two of these singles can be zipped together to make a 3rd Double Bed. Note this bedroom is on the 2nd floor. Your own bathroom is on the 1st floor All rooms have Sky TV.

The West Sussex countryside is on your doorstep with plenty of visitor attractions on offer. A delicious home cooked breakfast will set you on your way in the morning using locally sourced ingredients and homemade goodies. Our very large garden is a delight and you are welcome to spend time there.

With its own entrance and small private outdoor area, this property combines rural charm and handy local amenities (bus stop just outside to central Winchester and fantastic local pub just a two minute walk away). Tea and coffee are provided as well as breakfast cereals, bread/butter and fruit jams.
