Shepherd hut -secluded riverside location

Our isolated shepherd’s hut is a cosy place with a large spacious shower and a comfortable king size bed. Recently fitted yet with some antique features. It has a private river view with its own private picnic table on the river too. There is a large garden area and private mooring. A porch area at the front and a cosy kitchen area to relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee...we provide toaster, kettle, fridge and microwave and there’s a fire pit on request and a local Tesco very close by.

Immaculate, modern and comfortable house. Complete refit of the entire property October 2017. Designer bathroom and kitchen. Ultra fast WiFi and USB sockets throughout. 4k TVs with Netflix in the lounge and kitchen. Enclosed rear garden with seating and BBQ. 200 metres from the river and close to the city, Science and Business Parks and the train stations. Bus stop outside and free lay-by for parking. Mini supermarket and other facilities within 500 metres.

Spacious self contained city apartment

A self contained 1 bedroom loft apartment - luxurious kingsize bed, fast Wifi & great for working from home. A 10 min cycle into central Cambridge or a 15 min bus ride. Very close to the Science Park & business park, shared access via stairs with family home but the attic space is all yours. Also free off road parking is provided. Close to good pub & local store plus free Netflix! This is a self contained apartment the stairs are shared with the family.

Private bathroom, kitchen & bedroom +2bicycles

You will enjoy a full kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. 2 bicycles included in the price (to borrow). We will provide towels and basic cooking essentials. The house is based in a very quiet area but still with easy access to the centre of town and to science Park. Cambridge North railway station is less than a mile away. We always clean properly however the property has old wooden floors which may look a bit shabby. The annexe was built in the 90s.

The Burrow

A tiny but perfectly formed ground floor and self contained annexe. Newly renovated, the design has taken inspiration from a shepherd’s hut to make the most of this tiny space. It has its own entrance to the side of the house using a keysafe so you may come and go as you please. There is parking for one car on the driveway directly in front of the accommodation. Welcome Tray provided. We are unable to accept children and pets.
