Located in the community of Bear Paw. This property has everything you would need for a relaxing getaway. Lakefront with private dock. Our 3 bedroom 2 bath house has an additional 2000 sq ft of open deck for entertaining and relaxing. Seasonal outdoor shower, grill, fire pit, plenty of outdoor furniture. The large private master bedroom has spacious ensuite bathroom with jet tub and walk in shower. Hiwassee Lake is connected to the TVA. During fall and winter months lake levels will lower.

Stay in one of the coolest cottages in a gated community of Bear Paw. Grab your favorite beverage and grill and chill on the back deck. Plenty of parking for multiple vehicles and boat trailers. Enjoy the lake take a Lake tour, evening, cocktail, cruise, fishing, swimming. If the lakes, not your thing, there are some great white water rafting within miles, explore some very unique towns in the surrounding area. Motorcycle riding is phenomenal in this area. we even have a great casino nearby.

Our executive-style mountain home features four bedrooms, with queen beds, and three bathrooms, each with double vanities and tub/shower combinations. The lake and mountain range views from the master bedroom and both decks are truly unbelievable! We now have STARLINK as our internet provider and the speed is fantastic!! You will be amazed at the speed!
