Hi. It is a space for up to 12 people, including a single multi-story and terrace on the 1st and 2nd floors. The total floor space is around 60 pyeong, with an indoor space of around 40 pyeong (1st floor) and 10 pyeong (2nd floor). Depending on the number of people, 3 to 5 rooms and 1 to 3 toilets can be provided. Because it is not a new construction, There are old parts, but at least all bedding is replaced every time and washed and dried with a professional eco-friendly detergent. Without high expectations for the facilities, it will be the most suitable space for 5-10 or more people by comparing the advantages and disadvantages.
