Cozy and comfortable Studio w/ private entrance & 500' river front in Carlton, WA. Queen bed, WIFI, Dish Network TV, Toaster, Microwave, Coffee Pot, Keurig, Full size Refrigerator/Freezer. Sorry, no cooking inside, there's a Blackstone Propane Griddle on the deck with cookware. Walk in shower with glass doors. Private deck with seating, propane fire pit (usable winter only), hot tub. Private bedroom suite with office a mile to town

Our barn house is a unique and tranquil getaway, about a mile from town. We live up on the top level second floor and your all inclusive private space has one bed room, lounge area and full bathroom which is on the first floor. This is a working horse property so you will most likely hear farm noises and the sounds of horses outside your window. Enjoy a picnic area with a BBQ and picnic table provided. There is also a semi private sitting area by the willow tree with a fire pit.

A 70 yard walk down a hill to your own private space makes you feel at home. During winter you may want winter boots. Only a 5 mile drive to Leavenworth. Twenty minute drive to Wenatchee. Our home is on the property.

During your stay, you will have access to a private suite over the garage of our home. (This space requires you to climb a flight of stairs). This includes a studio style apartment with a couch, bed (queen) and a kitchenette. This studio has a spacious and private full bathroom attached. The bathroom includes a tub and a shower.
