From the house, on foot or by bike, discover the banks of the Loire, the vineyard, the oak and chestnut forests.

Hi , We offer accommodation for 2 people in a quiet area surrounded by nature. The accommodation is in the agglomeration of Angers Loire Métropole, you will be 20 minutes from Angers by car. From the house you will find several paths to walk or bike among horses. The Sarthe is 1 km away by footpath. The 25 m2 accommodation has a kitchen, living room and separate bedroom. Guests will have access to an outdoor area with garden furniture.

The house is located in the heart of the Loire Valley, close to Angers, in a 3.6-hectare park fully fenced with a pond and a dug swimming pool (unheated). Access to the property is via an electric gate. Our house (main residence) is also located on the property near the house you will occupy. Enjoy your stay in Anjou!

This charming 18 m2 Studio is located on the 1st floor of a small condominium located on Rue Jean Bodin in Angers. It has just been refurbished and consists of a bedroom/kitchen with bathroom and separate toilet. It is a 5-minute walk to the SNCF train station, 3 minutes to the Université Catholique de l'Ouest and 10 minutes to the hyper center. Paid street parking is available or free of charge 400 m away.

70 m² house with garden – Montreuil-Juigné

Stay in peace in our charming, newly renovated barn. You will appreciate its brightness and private garden. Located in Montreuil-Juigné, our outbuilding is a 5-minute walk from the Mayenne, ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides. Our town has all the amenities and is a 10-minute drive to downtown Angers (possibility to take the bus and tram). The place can accommodate up to 3 people (1 couple + 1 child).

Small cozy apartment on a quiet street. The village is located on the banks of Sarthe with its small port, its lock and its open-air café! The property has many amenities. it is independent of my house with a different entrance. the wifi network is functional, fiber optic just arrived in our small town 😉 I am delighted to welcome you, accompanied by my faithful Australian Shepherd.
