This little gem is the perfect stay for singles and couples. The accommodation is a 4 minutes drive to Sutton station or a 10 minute bus journey. We have many buses stationed near the studio travelling to Morden, Wimbledon, Tooting and other various locations across South west London. Great restaurants, shops and amenities are available on Sutton High street with only a 5 minute walk. The studio is also located 35 minutes from Victoria station and London Bridge, Central London. NB. the annexe is NOT a 'day/holiday sanctuary' as life continues around it during the busy working day within a residential road. MOST SUITABLE for those working in the area. Guest will need to vacate the property daily between the hours of 11.00-16.30 (this is non-negotiable).
