Welcome to our cute converted stone outbuilding in a quiet part of the village which is a small village on the Woodhead Pass on the edge of Manchester and the Peak District. It is ideally situated for walkers enjoying the Pennine Way and Longdendale Trail. There are good road and public transport links to the village. Guests will have the privacy of the cottage but we are available in our family home opposite. Additional fees are added for early check in and check out. £5 charge for pets.

The house has a beautiful park at the bottom of the street, lots of food places on your doorstep. excellent public transport into Manchester City centre which is 3 miles. The first floor at the back of an artists home in a quiet cul de sac, 10 minute walk to Lymm Village, 5 mins to Lymm Dam. Your own access is up a spiral staircase. A stunning garden with hobbit hut where you’re welcome to sit and relax looking over fields towards Lymm Water Tower. Small to medium dogs only, some don’t like the spiral staircase. A double bedroom, en suite, sofa bed in lounge and kitchenette.
