With a surface area of 120 m2, the cottage is located in the heart of Auvergne in the Sancy massif, near the Auvergne volcanoes park recently classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, you will find all amenities in our village of Tauves (bakeries, butchery, SPAR ..) Ideally located 10 minutes from Lake Bariousses, 15 minutes from Treignac and 30 minutes from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on-site tennis activities, walks in the forest or along the river, at no extra cost. You can also fish in the pond (hours and rates on carpodrome.fr).

If cycling, you have the use of a closed garage adjacent.
