The T2 consists of an entrance that opens onto the living room equipped with a fitted kitchen, designed for cooking on site (induction stove, oven, dishwasher, fridge...) A sofa bed can accommodate an additional 2 people (children preferred). The bedroom with a 140 x 200 large comfortable bed overlooks a garden, ensuring peaceful nights. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and a vanity with storage. It is equipped with a new washing machine and dryer. The toilet is separate. A high chair and baby crib are available on request. Guests have access to the entire space and all its amenities. €15 extra charge for arrivals after 10pm. 10 minutes from Place Graslin, the Talensac district has its covered market. Come and enjoy a small brand new studio in my house. This one is suitable for business travel, or to come and discover the region. Located in a quiet area, with Nantes and St Nazaire about 35 minutes away. The nearest beaches are 7km away and Pornic is 10 minutes away. The accommodation is very comfortable, with the small accuracy that the bathroom/wc is small (under stairs) and without a sink. We look forward to hearing from you and answering any questions you may have.

Spacious seating arrangements are provided with a striking green sofa, yellow armchair, and blue accent chair. A marble coffee table sits centrally, complemented by two decorative items. In a superb private mansion in the heart of the city with a view of one of the most beautiful squares in Nantes and located close to prestigious sites such as the Art Museum and the Castle of the Dukes, come and discover this 180 m2 apartment with refined, historical and luxurious decoration where each room is a journey. The apartment consists of two large bright living rooms, two bedrooms (king size bed and double bed), a boudoir (sofa bed), two bathrooms and a fitted kitchen.

On the ground floor of our house, a studio of about 25 m2 in perfect condition and fully equipped with bed linen and towels. Parking is available in the driveway and access is via the terrace that goes with the studio.
