Pretty house with fruit trees on a 1600 m² plot, your apartment is located at the bottom left facing Savines in a quiet area that enjoys a splendid view of the lake at the entrance to the Écrins National Park. The apartment has a living room with relaxation area (TV, single sofa bed 80 cm), fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and shower, 2 bedrooms (1 bed 160 cm, 2 beds 1 person) and a terrace.

Peaceful, it offers a relaxing stay for the whole family 40 minutes from Lake Serre-Ponçon and Ancelle (ski resort). 2-room apartment, 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, 1 bathroom, a large entrance with kitchen and storage. Beautiful terrace with barbecue. (no dining room). It is also suitable for people traveling for work. to rest in peace after a day of work. Large parking, no problem parking, van accepted.

My place is close to LAKE SERRE PONCON and ski resorts. You will appreciate THE SPLENDID VIEW, the comfort and simplicity of a bioclimatic wooden chalet, the proximity to Lake Serre-Ponçon, Lake St Apollinaire, the start of hikes in the Ecrins Park, the brightness... This cottage was our primary residence. On the ground floor is a 2 bedroom also rented year-round to friends. Both accommodations are independent

Our chalet has been fully renovated and offers exceptional views of Lake Serre-Ponçon and Mont Guillaume. A true haven of peace with a magnificent wooden terrace overlooking a private garden of 250 m2, not overlooked. Small corner of paradise ideally located in a residential area but 2 steps from the amenities of Savines-le-Lac. Private lake access is a few meters from the accommodation.

Located in an old building, facing south, not overlooked, in a hamlet near the capital of Les Orres, 10 minutes by car from the ski resort, with breathtaking views of the surrounding peaks, surrounded by nature... possibility to rent at the same time a second adjoining accommodation with a maximum of 5 beds, i.e. a total of 15 beds. Beds are made upon arrival and towels are included.
