Comfortable cottage 2 hours from Paris, south of Puisaye and 20 minutes from the medieval site of Guédelon, the castle of St Fargeau and its historical shows, the Colette museum in St-Sauveur as well as the vineyards of Pouilly, Sancerre, Ménetou-salon, It is in a hamlet near the village of Perroy, 5 km from Donzy and its shops and 20 km from Cosne-sur-Loire that we have set up this independent cottage, with its private garden in an old farmhouse of the 18th and 19th centuries.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

Our beautifully renovated farmhouse set in a quiet rural part of Burgundy, not far from the Sancerre/Pouilly wine country. It has a huge garden and terrace, large swimming pool (May-October), trampoline and swings (and space to make huts and play hide and seek!). Peaceful evenings star-gazing, sitting under the pergola as you barbecue whilst drinking locally wine, after taking leisurely strolls or bike rides around the country lanes is what it is all about!

It is at the pavement of the Chateau de Mimont on the side of Mont that we offer an original apartment (independent entrance) with its exceptional view, all in a wooded park with rare species and a forest of several hectares. The accommodation is functional, fully equipped, ideal for a green weekend or a nice place that changes from the hotel to work hiking, tennis, ping-pong, swimming (note: unheated pools and therefore closed from September to April)

Small newly created cottage that can accommodate up to 2 people (1 140 cm bed) in a common and secure enclosure with intercom and large parking just opposite. Autonomous entrance. Flexible check-in. This 25m2 studio on the ground floor is brand new with all amenities. Bed made and towels provided as well as cleaning kit. Shops: 3 minutes by car. Nevers: 15 minutes Highway: 10 minutes Quiet studio with large adjoining grounds. You'll feel right at home.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century mansion, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with an independent entrance, it has its own garden and laundry annex. Completely restored we have decorated it by chinant and working with local materials. The ground floor includes a living room with kitchenette and shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the peace and quiet and greenery!

Also an outdoor area for relaxing and/or dining. Close to Guédelon Castle Ratilly Castle Colette's House Boutissaint Park Lac du Bourdon. Sancerre and Pouilly for our wines in Burgundy.
