You will be independent, in a perfectly equipped house: kitchen with fridge and freezer, dishwasher, traditional ovens and microwave, 2 double bedrooms, terrace with barbecue in a closed and private garden. Ideal for disconnecting in the countryside, while being in the heart of the village. If needed, I live nearby in the village. Free parking at 20 meters. Small house, great bike stop, train station ok

Nice little 45 m2 house, with 2 bedrooms upstairs + sofa bed in the living room. Located near Châteauneuf sur Charente train station, 5 min walk, for direct train access to Angoulême. Located near a bakery and also the village with grocery stores. Busy street depending on the time of day. The house is located near the Bain des Dames, swimming area on the Charente, with the Flow bike. No pets allowed. Part of the house will be inaccessible.

F1 completely renovated in December 2017, next to the house , composed of a bedroom, a bathroom ( shower, sink), a toilet, a common area with BZ sofa, kitchen and dining area, fridge, stove... large grounds, swimming pool... near the Charente, hiking, 11th century Romanesque church... For the summer season ( July August) our rental is not suitable for long holiday stays, which is why we will not follow up on requests greater than 4 nights.
