Take a break and relax in this peaceful home that has just been fully renovated. Located on the road to the castles 50 m walk from Château Giscours and 5 min drive from Château Margaux. House of 45 m2 with private terrace of 20 m2 and reversible air conditioning. Very good location 30 min from Bordeaux and 45 min. from the beaches. The accommodation is located 5 minutes from the Domaine de Cordet in Arsac. a key box is available to be self-contained. You may park your vehicle in front of the unit.

Come and spend a quiet and pleasant time at the gates of the Médoc in the air-conditioned studio of "La Fontaine" located in the very quiet neighborhood of Feydieu. 25 min from Bordeaux by car, close to the Châteaux road (La Lagune, Saint Estephe...), 45 minutes' drive from the beaches of Lacanau, Hourtin, 5 minutes' walk from the forest.
