A renovated long house walking distance to the village of Chabanais with locals bars, restaurants, bakeries, butchers and scenic river. Lake Beach 10 minute drive or 20 minute bike ride which has boat hire swimming areas for children and adults, play areas and a couple of bars and restaurants or take your own picnic as plenty of tables. Limoges airport 30 minutes away. Golf International de la Prèze is 25 minutes drive. Plenty of chateaus to visit a must is Rochechouart only 10 minutes away.

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

Single-family house in a Charentaise longhouse. This peaceful home offers a relaxing stay for the whole family. Close to the lakes of Haute Charente which includes many activities, from Rochechouart charming little village, and Oradour on Glane historic site. Ideally located for lovers of fishing ( Vienna less than 500m away) and for lovers of hiking by bike or horseback (possibility to rent a paddock to see in agreement with the owner)
