Clear water springs on coastal river provide family kayaking, snorkeling/swimming, manatee/dolphin watching, fishing, scalloping & exploring. Golfing, restaurants & groceries close. Cosy, waterfront rustic cabin/woodsy setting. Seven Sisters Springs are immediately in front yard: goggle/Youtube. Otters, owls, fish, water birds and other wildlife seen at times from yard. The springs and a good portion of river are clear except around heavy rains. Close to the Homosassa and Crystal rivers.

We are just 5 minutes from enjoying everything that Homosassa has to offer. We are off a canal that leads to a nature reserve and is about 3 miles to Monkey Island. Canoes are on property so you can explore the unobserved beauty of the river. Skiffs smaller than 17ft are best to dock in our canal that leads to the river.

Fish off the private boat dock: covered parking, bonus lanai room. We have two fishing kayaks available for use. THE OWNER TAKES NO LIABILITY FOR THE USE OF KAYAKS. Pet must be approved before check-in.

Upstairs loft and downstairs bedroom both feature king beds, TVs, workspace, and extra sleeping options. Renovated bathroom with large walk-in shower.

Relax with family and friends at this beautiful property. Enjoy kayaking right from the dock on the property. There is a lovely covered patio where you can enjoy meals cooked in the fully stocked kitchen. There are two bedrooms that are both en-suite. For additional sleeping there is a sleeper sofa in the lounge. We will accommodate Dogs (up to two) but NO CATS... Owner is highly allergic. There is a $75 additional pet fee per stay.
