The room is located high in a mezzanine with a large bed 160 x 190 (possibility to add a folding bed for children. Living room with sofa bed iKea. Kitchen: toaster, coffee maker, nespresso, toaster, mini oven, oven, induction cooktop, dishwasher, fridge freezer. No TV but a large library, board games, stereo with many CDs. Large sunny and furnished terrace of 60m2 with tables and loungers overlooking the garden. Bike loan on request. Backpack for hikes. Chez Charlie is a former vintner house (160 m2), located in a quiet village lying on the edge of a striking hillside 11 kilometres (just under 7.5 miles) away from Beaune. Placed on the ‘Route des grand Crues‘ of the Côte D’Or, Saint Romain is perfect for wine-lovers! The house has three bedrooms, a big sunny kitchen opening onto the garden. There is a living room on the top floor and two bathrooms. Day trips to nearby cultural sights can be combined with culinary tours or wine-tasting events

Small quiet house (Guesthouse), completely renovated, overlooking a private courtyard with terrace, barbecue and relaxation area, inside equipped kitchen, large walk-in shower, king size bed (180 x 200) all air-conditioned. For more comfort you will find on your arrival the basic necessities (salt, pepper, sugar, tea, coffee, etc.) and a bed already prepared, as well as the toiletries, towels.

I would have great pleasure to welcome you to my house, located in a large wooded garden which you can enjoy at your leisure. You will be only a few minutes from the renowned villages of the Burgundy vineyard, Chassage, Meursault, Pommard, Beaune and just as close to several greenways (canal du center, bicycle-route). You can also only take time and fully enjoy the heated swimming pool.
