Warm and peaceful, this lovely bedroom is situated in our family stone building. The street is quiet, bright and close to all the conveniences (shops, transport...) and of the historic district. You'll take beautiful walks around...! The room looks out on the gardens. Room in Girondine house, charming, in the village square. Close to a small bistro, overlooking the bike path, 50 m away. 20 minutes from Bordeaux, 40 minutes from Saint-Émilion and 1 hour 15 minutes from the Arcachon Bay. nearby wine castles, as well as equestrian centers... supermarket 10 min drive or 1/2 hour by bike. Markets in surrounding villages, on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays and Wednesdays. No food in the village, plan to refuel beforehand if you are not driving.

Our house is located in the heart of the village, 500 meters from the aerocampus site and the welding institute. This is a room in our house. There are 5 bedrooms in total. We occupy 2. We offer two for rent. We dedicate a bathroom to our guests, to share when the 2 Bedrooms are rented. Each bedroom has a large 140 x 190 bed and an 80 x 190 adult bed We will limit access to the rooms to 3 people, including babies.

Quiet room near CHU & tram A

You will love the comfort of this cozy, tastefully decorated, quiet room. It is upstairs and is not suitable for the elderly. Wifi connection, air-conditioned space. Towels provided. New bedding, very comfortable. The bathroom and toilet can be shared with any guests in the other room if occupied, ourselves using the one on the ground floor. Breakfast is included (homemade organic bread and homemade jam).
