This beautiful bright, cozy 1-room apartment is located on the 5th floor in an apartment building with elevator directly at the Charlottenburg Castle Park. The apartment has a living, dining and sleeping area with adjoining balcony, a separate kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. The apartment is rented fully equipped for the time when I am not in Berlin. It is otherwise inhabited by myself and therefore contains everything you need - utensils, spices, oils, laundry detergent, ...

Hier erwartet Dich ein Mini- Apartment (18qm) mit allem was man für einen Aufenthalt von ein paar Tagen braucht. Bett, Küche und Dusche sind offen gestaltet und sorgen dafür, daß man sich nicht eingeengt fühlt, trotz der wenigen Quadratmeter. Das WC hat eine eigene Türe. Gelegen im 4. Stock eines sanierten Altbaus in der beliebten Winsstraße, eigener Eingang und Aussicht nach hinten ins Grüne (kein Aufzug). Auch wir wohnen in dem Haus und helfen gerne bei Fragen oder mit Tipps.
