We are 8 miles from Petoskey State Park which has a huge, beautiful beach. This home has a large deck perfect for gathering/barbequing. This home is in the quiet community of Bay Shore Estates which is a manufactured home community. Dogs are welcome but see below for breed restrictions ($25 flat fee).

Great room with cathedral ceiling, skylights, wet bar, fieldstone fireplace, outdoor grilling, fire pit and hot tub. The perfect getaway to explore everything up North has to offer.
