Small house in village 10 minutes from Niort and 3 minutes from the A10 motorway (exit 32). Recent construction with eco-friendly materials. Rated 3 stars *** furnished tourist accommodation. One bedroom with one queen size bed 160cm + dressing room, and a bedroom with a 90cm bed. In the living room, a new 140 cm sofa bed. A wooden deck with table and chairs. Covered and closed car garage. The entire property is closed, the garden too! Disabled access everywhere. Friendly dogs welcome.

Bike paths in the immediate vicinity (tip: follow towards La Braies to cross the salt marsh and see the many birds). Private parking, 2 outdoor spaces with plancha and barbecue.
