Right on the river- 4 bedroom house centre of town

This special place on the gorgeous river Aume and centre of Aigre- butcher, Carrefour supermarket, epicurie, boulangerie, Thursday market, restaurants and bar- a hive of activity in rural France. Upstairs Bedroom 1 and 2 are large double bedrooms. Bedroom 4 ( with a single and a small double bed) is only accessible through Bedroom 2. These rooms share a bathroom off the upstairs hallway. Bedroom 3 downstairs has ensuite toilet and shower with a desk and a fold out single bed if needed.

Chateau apartment nestled in the Cognac vines

Spacious apartment.

Nearby is a small supermarket, bakery, restaurant, as well as a river and several walking paths. A recreational area (tennis, basketball, pétanque) in the municipality. Activities such as canoeing, tree climbing, lake... are available in the surrounding villages (about 15 km) and you will have the opportunity to visit many beautiful small villages with their restaurant that will serve you our good Périgord products. A perfect place to put your bags down and feel at home.

Ideal mobile home for relaxation.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for the whole family with private parking. You are located 5 minutes from Montemboeuf where you will find a grocery store, a bakery, a butcher shop, bars... You are located 2 hours from Royan, 1H from Cognac, 30 minutes from Angouleme, 15 minutes from the high charming lakes. You have several hiking trails nearby, including Terra Aventura tours that will allow you to discover the history and heritage of the area.

Criteuil la Magdeleine: lovely place

Small accommodation on the edge of the village of Criteuil, with vineyards in perspective. It is with one floor, and a miller's staircase to access the bedroom (unsuitable for young children or people with mobility difficulties). Quiet place, 10 km from Barbezieux (all shops). The sea is approximately one hour away. Quality Restaurant in the Village The independent accommodation is adjacent to our home. It is a very simple but well-equipped accommodation.

Brand new and very bright country house

The house in Blanzac is brand new, with two independent levels. You will be on the ground floor, the land being sloping. It is located at the top of the village (and not in the village as on the map). Entrance, large living room, 1 master bedroom (1.60 m bed) with ensuite bathroom, and 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 2 bunk beds, with shower and sink in the bedroom. Very bright, full west, swimming pool and superb views of the countryside.
