This lovely two bedroom cottage offers accommodation for up to four people with one double and one twin room. The cottage has its own private and enclosed courtyard area with alfresco dining and cooking areas. It also boasts a beautiful south facing deck and sunbathing area accessed directly from the French doors in the living room. La Chaumière is set in just over an acre of attractive, mature grounds with a fabulous pool set within the walls of an old barn and stunning views.

An entrance featuring two stone pillars flanks a gravel pathway leading into the property. Lush greenery is visible on either side, while a charming structure stands in the background under a partly cloudy sky.

Large house completely renovated and classified "3-star Furnished Tourist Accommodation" in 2022 in accordance with the Tourism Code. House with 1 floor and a large garden, a swimming pool at 25° from June 15 to September 15 (outside of this period, please consult me), a gym. Set in the heart of the Green Perigord region,this charming traditional stone built house is the perfect spot to spend a relaxing holiday with family or friends. It is set in a quiet hamlet yet close to holiday amenities and leisure. (Accrobranche, walks, cycles rides). Saint Aulaye and Aubeterre have stunning river beaches, a lovely lake at Jemaye. There is a little shop less than a mile away in the historic village of Saint Privat des prés.
