A beautiful five bedroom converted barn in Sud-Charente in France with a separate one bedroom cottage and swimming pool. With five bathrooms, two kitchens, underfloor heating & full wheelchair access throughout the property. The property has an enormous central living room with sofas around the fireplace, leading onto a covered terrace for dining and out onto a stepped garden down to the pool. Cosy for couples and ideal for families, the property has been designed for elegance and accessibility.

Upstairs are two large double/twin bedrooms, each with en suite shower and WC. UK/FR TV channels and free wifi. An individual secure garden with clothes airer, barbecue and seating area. A shared 12 X 5 metre pool with our other 2 bedroom gite La ville Maison. Communal gardens and boules court.

Located in the Charente Maritime surrounded by sunflowers and vineyards, Le Studio at Chez Jousseaume is a modern studio apartment for two within a traditional Charente Longère farmhouse. As well as a private terrace with furniture and BBQ there is an 11m heated outdoor pool, covered terrace with dining area / summer lounge and 2.5 acre (1 hectare) of gardens. Bicycles are provided free of charge to explore the area. An excellent breakfast is available to order at 10€ per person per night.

Awarded 3 stars by the France Tourism board. Our home lies in the nationale park Périgord-Limousin, close to 2 market towns. The apartment is part of an old farm dating from 1910, but it's newly refurbished, clean and comfortable with king size beds. Situated in the country side, you'll find 20 hectare of grassland and forest to explore with a frog pond and even a small lake. If you get up early enough you might even see deer in the garden. 4 bedroom farmhouse with pool, jacuzzi and lakes

Sept Fonts is a magical place where you can cut off from the world. Set on 3 acres, with lakes and vestiges of a 16thC priory. You take a walk or bike ride, swim in the huge pool, chill in the jacuzzi, create a family barbecue, stargaze.. The place is steeped in history- King Louis 13th slept here in 1631. The house has large rooms with plenty outside areas for relaxing. The town of Aulnay is 2km with supermarket, restaurants etc 2 markets a week. We now have fibre internet.
