Ground floor: living room/equipped kitchen + a bathroom with toilet. Floor: mezzanine sleeping area with 160 cm double bed. Basement: cellar. Outside: small fenced garden. Set in a small rural hamlet of about ten houses. Accommodation located in a central position, close to A89, Tulle, Brive and Ussel. Gimel-les-Cascades 5 min.

Op een magische plek in het groene hart van Frankrijk staat deze onder architectuur gebouwde villa in een pittoreske vallei aan de rand van de rivier met veel privacy. Het huis is geschikt voor 6 personen. 3 slaapkamers waarvan 1 'bedstee' met ieder een eigen badkamer. Een heerlijke zithoek met houtkachel en een moderne uitgeruste keuken. The house is located in a small quiet village, surrounded by animals (horses, donkeys) 4 km from the A23 Bordeaux-Lyon exit and 65 km from the Mont Dore ski slopes.

In a small hamlet near Egletons, less than 5 minutes from the A89 exit, Villa Rosa welcomes you. A large flower garden in the countryside with dining table, plancha, sunbed. The accommodation can accommodate 6 people. Completely renovated in 2023, great care has been given to the design and layout. Enjoy the calm in the heart of the slopes of the Château de Sedieres. Facing nature, you can recharge your batteries, soak up the sun on its fully enclosed 40 m2 terrace, have lunch under the pergola, admire the stars, listen to the deer's bellow... We accept animals, however, they will have to tolerate our Jack Russel, the 4 cats, the 2 chickens who can play the curious around the terrace. Located at the bottom of our property, you are totally independent.

Need to recharge? Treat yourself to a quiet moment in our small, recently renovated, simple and friendly waterfront cabin. On-site walking trails with waterfalls and marked trails. Conveniently located 10 min from Lac des Bariousses, 15 min from Treignac and 30 min from Lake Vassivière; you can enjoy on site tennis activities, a walk in the forest or along the river at no extra cost. You can also fish on the pond.

Station lamp post

You will sleep in the former lamp storehouse of the Pérols-sur-Vézère train station. You will have a view of our garden, the sheep certainly, the chickens as well as the rails. These small regional trains stop 10 times a day and do not run at night. This small habitat has been completely renovated with salvaged materials. The stone walls are original and therefore restored with cement and lime mortar.
