Nestled in the heart of the Forêt d'Orient Regional Natural Park, surrounded by fields and lakes, La Maison T&M invites you to take a break, away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. 1.5 hours from Paris, 1 hour from Reims and 20 minutes from Troyes, our property is the starting point for a Champagne getaway combining nature, relaxation and discovery. Come and recharge your batteries in an authentic setting where the calm and beauty of the landscapes will punctuate your stay.

Stunning views across the Auxois countryside from both house and garden. Very comfortable double bedroom with private entrance & ensuite bathroom in a sleepy hamlet. The heated garden kitchen can be enjoyed year round providing simple cooking facilities, dining table and armchairs. There is an area for alfresco meals, a small herb garden & deck chairs to enjoy the spectacular views; off road parking. The owners, Bill and Jenny Higgs live next door - very discreet but always on hand to help.

Why not drop your bags with us during a champagne getaway! Our house with garden is nestled in the heart of the Côte des Bar in a Champagne village crossed by the award-winning Seine. Amenities: catering butcher, champagne cellars, electric vehicle terminal, bread distribution 2km away (Gyé/Seine). Multisport train and young games 300m away. We are 10 minutes from the Renoir Museum, 30 minutes from Nigloland, lakes, 45 minutes from Troyes. Linens included. Wi-Fi (fiber) throughout the house.

"Entre Ciel & Vigne" gîte comprising a large and pleasant living room with views of the vineyard, located in Fleys, a winegrowing village 5 km from Chablis. Designed to be warm and friendly, for a peaceful and rejuvenating stay.  From the house, put on your sneakers and access superb viewpoints in a few minutes… Mountain biking, hiking or running, in the vineyards or in the forest, the choice is yours! Not to mention the cellars to visit and the Chablis to taste.

Small studio (detached house) located in a charming little village. Wifi available. Breakfast possible with fridge, coffee maker, kettle, microwave available. Bathroom area with walk-in shower, sink and chemical toilet. Sofa bed and TV. Wood-burning stove (wood provided) and oil-filled radiator. Parking available. Close to the Burgundy Canal and the castles of Tanlay, Ancy-le-Franc and Maulnes. Restaurants in the area. Quiet area ideal for stopover or stay/visit.

The Perched House

Une petite maison d'architecte chaleureuse en bois pour deux personnes avec son jardin privatif. Elle se trouve dans un verger au milieu des arbres fruitiers dans le calme et le silence. Située sur une butte, c'est un balcon sur la campagne bourguignonne, dans le Tonnerrois à proximité de Chablis et aux portes de la Champagne. J’habite à côté, je suis très disponible pour des conseils, des suggestions. Un ciel souvent fabuleux pour les amateurs d’astronomie.

Enjoy a friendly moment in the countryside, with the song of birds, barbecues, rest on the enclosed patio.

Welcome to Florine and Valentin, small farmhouse for 2 people in Haute Bourgogne, between Chablis and Champagne. We are happy to welcome you with ease for a stay in the countryside, in a quiet area for a real rest. away from noise. Our very well-equipped cottage, is composed of a kitchen, dining room and living room, bathroom and separate toilet. And upstairs, a nice room. Green areas for the lounger, hiking trails.

Germaine's house

NEW in 2025 ! Renovation of the kitchen, living room and bedrooms, a car park with an electric charging station and a 12m x 4m pétanque court (the ball game). Imagine a small house with blue shutters in a quiet alley in the heart of the village. Downstairs, 2 large bright rooms and a bathroom (all new). Upstairs, 2 interconnecting rooms. This is my grandmother Germaine's house, set in a garden of lawn and flowers.
