Ideally recommended for 1 to 4 people, this cozy apartment is close to a protected natural setting, at the foot of the impressive Catogne. Quiet but close to everything, you can walk to the Breya chairlift 120 meters away as well as to the various hiking trails or the alpine botanical garden. The artisanal bakery is 300 m away while restaurants, shops and the lake are 400 m away, accessible by a hiking trail or by road as you wish ;-)

Apartment, balcony, 2 bedrooms, quiet and well equipped (oven, microwave, kettle, espresso coffee machine (capsules not provided, raclette oven, fondue set) and with parking space. Champex nicknamed Little Canada is a family resort with lots of activities in summer (pedalo, paddle, fishing, mountain biking, heated pool, Alpine garden, artillery fort, Breya zipline, hiking and in winter, skating and ski slopes with the St-Bernard Pass.

This adorable studio located in the heart of the charming village of Champex-Lac (stage of the Tour du Mont-Blanc) was renovated in 2022.
