Bordering the Loire with panoramic views, vast garden level, 70m2, furnished tourist accommodation classified 3 stars for a capacity of 2 people, opening onto a 100m2 terrace and a garden with trees, with direct access to the Loire and the " Loire à vélo ". 3 rooms: kitchen opening onto living room with office area (excellent wifi), bedroom with 160cm bed and TV room. Bathroom with Italian shower, separate toilet. Bike rental, loan of 2 bikes, electric barbecue. Floor occupied by the owners.

The accommodation is equipped with a heat pump which also renews and purifies the air.

Nice townhouse 1h30 from Paris to spend weekends and holidays with family or friends. You can enjoy a superb garden of 8000m2 , with heated swimming pool of 6X12 and its fully equipped summer kitchen (in summer period), a pétanque field, the hammock corner facing the forest and the fields, barbecue and very large table for family dinners. The house is 10 minutes from the castle of Saint-Fargeau, 20 minutes from the castle of Guedelon and the very pretty market of Toucy.

Come and discover a cottage with rustic decor in harmony with the environment. A 4-bedroom cottage, one of which is in a row, near a small pond (not fenced) on my active cereal farm located near Rogny les sept écluses, Briare, Guédelon 35 min away. Linen not provided (On request linen package possible with supplement, to be paid via Airbnb). All damage and smell of tobacco inside the cottage will be charged. New bikes are available.

Beautiful fully renovated apartment located in the center of the village, on the first floor of a townhouse, ideal for a pied-à-terre in Puisaye, to visit the surroundings, visit your loved ones, or a stopover on your way… Champignelles is a quiet village but you will find many small shops (bakery, bar-tobacconist, pharmacy, supermarket, grocery store, hairdresser, pizzeria….). Most of these shops are within walking distance.

Private parking space in the closed courtyard at the door of the accommodation.

The cottage is located on our property, close to our home. You can enjoy our 10 hectares and meet our donkeys and ponies (rescue)... Animal mediation. You'll be delighted by the place! Coup de coeur guaranteed!

The accommodation consists of an entrance with a fully equipped kitchen, an office, a laundry room, a very large living room with a bar and a fireplace, three beautiful bedrooms (2 with large 1.60 beds and one with two 90 beds) and 2 shower rooms. An outdoor terrace for sunny days. Parking. The pinball machine has been replaced by a foosball table.

Romantic holiday cottage in a fruit garden

This Little cottage (historic French farmhouse) surrounded by a big garden on both sides of the building, private and peaceful. There is one full “appartement” with salon, kitchen, bathroom. A third person’s bed can be set up in the salon. The large fruit orchard holds another cottage which we also rent to nature-loving guests.
