Located 5 minutes from major highways, local shops such as supermarket, bars-restaurants, bakeries, cheese factory... 20 minutes from Albertville, 30 minutes from Chambéry, 45 minutes from Aix-les-Bains. Close to ski resorts.

L'Ancre des Montagnes is a villa on the heights of Saint-Pierre d'Albigny, between Chambéry and Albertville, anchored at the foot of the Arclusaz. It was designed by mountain & sea lovers. Some nods to this mix can be found in its architecture. In 2022, a renovation of the villa was carried out to create 3 modern and warm apartments. This 35 m2 apartment accommodates 1–4 people, has a balcony (13 m2) with a beautiful view of the mountains & pool access
