It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. This recently renovated cottage is located in a character property bordered by meadows and a private forest. Completely quiet, with the 18th century manor house inhabited by the owners as its only neighborhood, it is perfect for recharging your batteries in the heart of nature. In summer, the terrace overlooking the countryside without vis-à-vis is very pleasant for a barbecue. In winter, have a good time around the fireplace. You can walk in the forest and observe the deer and birds.

In the hollow of the Risle valley bordered by forests, near the charming village of La Ferrière sur Risle, the miller's house is located on the Moulin à Tan property, occupied by the owners. The large fully enclosed grounds guarantee absolute calm, the valley is classified as "Natura 2000". The house, rated 4 stars, renovated and equipped with all comforts, is the former home occupied by the millers when the mill was in operation from the 18th to the beginning of the 20th century.

Peaceful cottage "La Trèfletière"

The accommodation consists of two parts separated by 5 m from each other; a 16 m2 private bedroom cottage equipped with a double bed and a raised single bed on one side and a 17 m2 building adjoining our house in which there is a bathroom and a private kitchen/dining area as well. All of which makes up a complete independent accommodation.
