Renovated studio well located on the Rive Droite side, 10 minutes walk from the beautiful village of Gruissan and 1.5km from the very famous Chalets beach. Enjoy a south-west facing terrace, offering views of the Barbarossa Tower, the Salins and Île Saint-Martin as well as a private and free parking space in the residence. The studio provides you with a kitchen equipped with an oven and a microwave, the sofa bed has just been changed! The 17cm mattress is new (5/15/25). Enjoy!

I have prepared this accommodation especially for you with my utmost attention to offer you a comfortable stay at the beach of the Chalets de Gruissan. Close to shops (seasonal from April to October) and also less than 500 meters from the beach! Parking in front of the apartment.

Very nice sunny apartment, quiet.

My place is close to the village and restaurants. In winter the square hosts 3 markets. In summer the streets are also filled with all the charm of Mediterranean markets. The nearest beach is 800 m away. You'll love my place because of the brightness, the comfort, the outdoors space. To get to the apartment there is a staircase with Japanese steps that is not suitable for young children or people with limited mobility.

The living area features a comfortable sofa and a modern coffee table, situated on a textured rug. A wall-mounted TV is visible opposite the seating, with a wooden dining table nearby. A decorative surfboard hangs above the sofa, adding a unique touch to the space.
