It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. The 75 m² Autane gîte of "Le balcon du Champsaur" is part of our old farm located in the hamlet of Les Richards overlooking the lively village of Pont du Fossé with its shops and services. Its dominant location allows it a unique view of the Champsaur Valley, the start of hikes at the gates of the Parc des Écrins, paragliding and a nearby climbing site. In winter, it is also a spot appreciated by cross-country skiers or snowshoe enthusiasts.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
