Villa with large garden in Sarnano

VILLA AGNESE Villa Agnese is within walking distance from the historical centre of Sarnano, one of the most beautiful medieval villages in Italy. Its privileged location, 530 metres above sea level, in the Sibillini National Park, offers stunning views of the surrounding village and hills. The centre can be reached in five minutes and a large variety of delicious specialties can be found at the local stores. For those who prefer relaxing in the shade of a luscious garden, there are games such as a ping-pong table, foos-ball, and a barbecue where you can enjoy all kinds of meat or vegetables available at the local market or in the many butcher’s in the village. In the villa, which has been recently restored in the style of an old country house dating back to the beginning of the nineteenth century, comprises two identical large apartments (170 sq. meters wide), located at ground and first floor. In each flat all modern facilities are available, and the spacious dining room (85 sq. metres wide) from where you have direct access to the garden (ground floor) or a wonderful view of the village, is ideal for big groups or large families (up to 10 people) wanting to experience the beauties of this oasis of quietness. Sarnano and its close back country are offer a large variety of cultural, artistic, culinary, and sport events. It is one of the two housing units of a typical Marche farmhouse characterized by brick walls, exposed stone and wooden beams. It is located within the village, at the end of a dead-end street. Relaxation is guaranteed. The entrance is independent on a small garden for the exclusive use of the apartment. From the veranda you can access the interior of the house, consisting of a kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Modern furnishings overlap with traditional style, creating a unique charm.

With its own entrance, two patios and extensive private grounds, this is an oasis of serenity. The contemporary design of the glass wall facing the mountains offers some of the best views in the area. It's private but not isolated, with the owners' home located nearby: we guarantee our guests total privacy, but are happy to provide assistance or recommendations if you so desire.
