In the dalyan yacht of Çeşme, 4 rooms with sea views, in a super location, panoramic sea and marina views are unique, where you can feel the magnificent coolness on the hottest days, completely renovated with furniture,all rooms are spacious with a balcony, 3 double 3 single beds, 3 bathrooms and toilets are brand new, the view is cool, be our guest if you like quality and enjoyment, the rooms have air conditioning, there is a fireplace for winter, the walls are insulated, it is cool in the warm summer in winter.

Cooling / Heating : There's a rug in the living room and the two rooms on the upper floor, and all the rooms have a ceiling fan. 10min walk to Ilıca beach, Alaçatı bazaar. Sleeps 6 people - 6 persons can stay. A detached villa in a 265 m2 garden. Downstairs there is a lounge, kitchen and bathroom; upstairs there are 3 rooms and a bathroom. It's settled on a 265 sq. mt. garden with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and living room, kitchen and also a veranda. Alaçatı port and surf center is a 10-minute drive away.

There is a large Jacuzzi for 2 people on the veranda, a fireplace stove, a smart TV with Netflix and YouTube. The pool and garden area are only yours. Your bed is under the sky glass on the loft floor. You can watch the stars while lying down. There is a dishwasher, filter and Turkish coffee machine, and an oven in our kitchen. There is a barbecue area in our garden.
