Welcome to our newly renovated villa, located in the center of České Budějovice, only 15 minutes walk from Přemysl Otakar II Square. We offer accommodation in five separate apartments, each equipped with a kitchen, a bedroom with a TV and a bathroom. Guests can also use the outdoor seating on the terrace, or in the covered pergola . Parking is available directly on the property behind the gate and is included in the price. The offered apartment no. 4 is located on the first floor and is designed for up to 2 people.

Romantic secluded apartment

Romantic remote accommodation is located near Rožmberk nad Vltavou. The apartment is close to a small family farmhouse, which also includes a small bee farm. By arrangement, it is possible to tour the bee farm and purchase local honey, which is a regional product. The surrounding area is ideal for mushroom picking, cycling and hiking. The town of Rožmberk nad Vltavou is only 2.5 km away. Here it is possible to visit the Rožmberk Castle or swim the Vltava River in the summer months.

Apartment at the Hermit

Apartment 5 km from Cesky Krumlov, designed for undemanding clientele ,has its own entrance and my mother lives in the second half of the house. The apartment is ideally located as a starting point for hiking , biking , swimming in Lake Lipno and skiing in winter. The advantage is a nearby railway station for trips to Šumava or to visit Český Krumlov. Animals are not welcome- we have a dog.

Our chats

Our cottage is located on a semi-remote in a forest by the Stropnice River. While this may not be the case at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Enjoy sitting by a crackling fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the patio. There's no wifi in the cabin, so enjoy your time together.
